English description provided by the architects.

The birth of the Wiki World Forest Store stems from the ongoing natural architecture practice carried out by Wiki World.

Although we have always insisted on building with the zeroprint concept and 100% timber structures, along with the birth of one wilderness home after another, there is always wood that inevitably becomes waste.

Who wants to be abandoned leftover scraps? So we wondered: could waste materials be used to build a house?

Could leftover scraps also have unrealistic fantasies and be turned into interesting wooden products? Therefore, we planned this building and the products inside it.

The Wiki World Forest Store is located at the entrance of Merryda Wiki World-Secret Camp, at the edge of a forest.

Pure wood and glass are connected, and the recyclable concept does not require more complex craftsmanship.

- 1 UN-RECYCLED IMAGINATION: UPCYCLED WOOD STORE

Wiki Store is a Circular Lab & Store where the forest is reimagined, here, the forest comes in squares.

When a wooden cabin is built, offcuts remain. These offcuts hold imagination that is not recycled.

So together with the community, we take the leftover wood from cabin construction and turn it into playful products.

Imagination gives offcuts a new soul — discarded wood becomes phone stands, hangers, cabin-shaped pen holders, and even a forest on your desk. From forest to forest. Nothing is wasted, only imagined.

- 2 STACKING WOOD BLOCKS IN FOREST

This is a purely timber construction, as simple and pure as stacking blocks. Thirty pieces of wood were used to build this modest house in the forest.

The house wraps around a metasequoia tree, and its single-slope green roof helps the building blend into nature as much as possible.

Under the eaves, half of the space is semi-outdoor, serving as a workshop space for future co-creation with users of more "waste-to-use" products.

We hope everyone can fully feel that this is a wooden house, so the structure is entirely and honestly exposed.

- 3 FROM FOREST TO FOREST

'It all stems from a refusal to accept fate. We were once the same wood—crossing oceans together, sharing the elegant grain and refreshing fragrance of Chilean pine.

Yet, when the cabin was built and praise began to flow, they called it beautiful timber! And me? I was thrown into the construction waste pile.

Humans proudly label us as recyclable (Recycled), which translates to this: we will soon rot and decay.

I know that freedom, like the wilderness, is full of danger. Yet when that wondrous world beckons to me, whispering, "Even scraps can save the world," I decide to try—for the sake of this impractical dream.

Scraps and impractical fantasies, non-recyclable (Not Recycled) imagination—the gears of fate keep turning. Lose yourself to find yourself. And so, we began to think: to prove we are not waste.'

A piece of wood's lines give us a new perspective to continue thinking about sustainable development. From forest to forest — this is the story of the Wiki World Forest Store.

- 4 WIKI WORLD-BUILD SMALL, DREAM BIG

Wiki World has been committed to returning to natural life through natural construction.

The Wiki World Forest Store continues such a natural wild house experiment, jumping out of the inertia of the size of the thinking, focusing on the relationship between living behaviour and environment, the answer of space must be far from the daily living experience, even a little paranoid.

The cabin makes home supper narrow, 'Small' brings us closer to the material, so we are more sensitive.

Now that we are in the forest, let's go barefoot for a day and listen to the sound of dead leaves being crushed on the terrace.

- 5 BUILD NATURALLY

The entire building adopts a glued timber structure, with each custom-shaped component and joint digitally designed and customized, achieving 100% prefabricated assembly.

When it comes to living spaces, there is certainly no standard answer—everyone hopes their dwelling can reflect their own understanding of life, hence the concept of a "Playtime Cabin" was born.

Wiki World continues its longstanding philosophy of natural construction. We preserved every tree and bamboo on the site, maintaining the original woodland and path textures.

The houses are entirely elevated above the ground, and all structures are independently developed prefabricated timber systems, built collaboratively by the team and the users.

Natural buildings can be built like Lego. Little cabins, like building blocks, were placed in the forest.

We stick to the original wild wood construction technique that we hand fired the façade of the carbonized wood boards.

The cabins are all connected by small metal components that can be repeatedly assembled.

We try to create a precise relationship between the cabins and the environment in the nature.

Each wooden cabin is elevated above the ground, and no walls or artificial landscapes are used. Nature is the best package.
