English description provided by the architects.

It is the sophisticated synthesis of high-quality architecture, the concept of sustainability, the comfort offered, the communicative ability, and the purpose of a place that makes the Maison de l'Innovation so important for employees and the urban context.

The connection to the past of French architecture and the city of Nantes is achieved through abstraction. This avoids conservative images and opens up the space for ideas for the future.

It is the elegance of the form that makes the building a focal point; it is the grand gesture of the inner courtyard that makes us forget the narrow-mindedness of typical investors.

It is the segmental arches in the façade and construction that are reminiscent of the bridges over the Loire.

The architecture offers viewers associations without compulsively conveying them through images.

The building offers a glimpse into the working world of the future: it is open to communication and designed to connect urban and natural spaces.

And, not to be forgotten, it is also characterised by comfort and atmosphere.

The outdoor areas and intimate meeting areas are comfortable, while the feel of solid wood contributes to the atmosphere, allowing the visible to become tangible.

This synthesis makes the architecture particularly sustainable: architecture is more than a numbers game of technical sensitivities. It generates acceptance and appreciation.

Buildings that are appreciated live particularly long lives because they are anchored in people.
