Tre på rad is a cabin developed with the ambition of uniting architectural quality, flexibility, and sustainability in a compact format.
The starting point was a simple idea: to create a compact cabin with a focus on spatial, aesthetic, and environmental qualities.
The floor plan is based on a module of 3×3 units. The module can be both mirrored and rotated, therefore the cabin can be adapted to different plots and orientations – depending on sun, view, access and terrain.
The structure defines the form and reveals the constructive logic. The formal coherence and the tectonic character of the piece converge in a total integrity of the project. Nothing is concealed; everything responds to the truth of its construction.
