The house is located at the top of a hill, which provides a beautiful view of the forest in front and the city of São José in the background.
To adapt to the irregular shape of the land, the house's layout fits within the projection of a triangle, arranged in an L shape within it.
The volume of the house is partially embedded in the ground and partially suspended, supported by a few supports – notably a pillar in the garage – with a large overhang supported by a beam of 1.50m.
The shorter part of the L, facing the street, houses the service area on the lower floor and the social area of the house on the upper floor.
The longer part accommodates the hallway of bedrooms, the last of which is completed with a private garden and a staircase leading to the office above.
The empty space inside the L forms a garden within the lot, which connects the different spaces of the house.
