Concrete Villa is conceived as an L-shaped composition that embraces the landscape and defines a private outdoor courtyard with a swimming pool at its center.
The architecture is guided by clarity and restraint: long horizontal volumes in exposed concrete are balanced by transparent glass facades, creating a constant dialogue between solidity and openness.
Equally important, the interior was designed by Cocoon Architecten as an integral part of the project.
By carefully orchestrating form, material, and detail, the spaces inside the villa echo the architectural language of the exterior.
Natural stone and warm wooden finishes are carried through from outside to inside, reinforcing continuity and ensuring that the atmosphere remains coherent throughout the house.
The villa opens widely towards the garden, blurring boundaries between inside and outside, while the more closed street-facing elevations provide a sense of privacy and protection.
Carefully composed sightlines ensure that each space maintains a strong connection to nature, framing views and daylight in a controlled yet generous way.
In this way, the architecture and interior design work in unison: minimal geometry is enriched by expressive materials, and the dialogue between inside and outside creates a serene living environment that is at once powerful, intimate, and timeless.
