Project location Kagithane, as a former urban center of old Istanbul, is currently a district with unqualified and earthquake-resistless architectural formation.
Kagithane district is close to the new and old urban centers of İstanbul.
Through a good city planning and qualified settlements, the district is expected to wake up and regain its importance.
This point of view consits the major axis of the project design.
Taking this into consideration, the project was aimed to be a pioneer of urban transformation which would whittle away unqualified and earthquake resistless city formation in the district.
During the design phase of the project, the settlement conditions have been questioned in every aspect as it was aimed that the residents of Aca Su, their neighbours and the surrounding buildings could communicate with each other on district level, upon completion of the structure and beginning of habitation.
