The building is a set of medium density that contains nine dwelling units and five garages, organized into two blocks linked by common circulations located in the central courtyard.

The design utilizes few materials: concrete, metal, glass, wood and plastered walls; exalting the tectonic properties of each part as its purpose within the project.

The main facade consists of a metal enclosure in contrast to the blind volume of grill´s.

In the first floor the enclosure stretches from floor to ceiling for security reasons, and ends on the last level at the height of railing, allowing open visuals above the skyline.
