The whole campus occupies 8.66 hectares, including 185 individual but uncharacteristic buildings, and each tenant could not only take advantage of the original site such as gradient greenery, appropriate scale, decent privacy/publicity or convenient commute, but also have a specific level of rights to renovate the property, creating more adaptive image for each firm.

Therefore, once rented the 600 square meters Baishaquan #157 as a subsidiary company office, gad launched the process as the designer and the user.

The building has extended bigger openings on the east side for the best scenery direction.

Besides, two yards have been placed on different directions of the north and south, working together with the balconies on different levels, which hints the boundary of the site itself, as well as the intimate inside-outside connection.

The most significant material contributing to the desired atmosphere would be the white perforated aluminum plate, wrapping the whole building to create semitransparent sense, encouraging natural ventilation at the same time.

The vertical-sandwich-layer between the ‘screen’ and solid walls has been taken advantage of being mechanical space, which would present the interior a neat state and encourage a considerable clearance-height.
