We used materials such as stone walls, wood deck and aluminum bronze, which is very easy to maintain on the beach and also creates the feeling of the warmth.

The social area of the house is organized by integrating the living room, kitchen and terrace spaces.

By the action of removing the roof of the side walls plated with talamoye rock, we accomplished the effect of the entry of natural light in the day creating a sense of independence and light weight structures.

The terrace is divided into an uncontained income terrace and another that can be completely closed off by glass screens engaging to the interiors and has a west facing Jacuzzi for the afternoon basking.

The social space is versatile and integrated work may through the glass screens that serve as rice paper screens, dividing the spaces as required. Were generally used neutral colors.

The Zen is experienced, not explained, perhaps because of that experience in daily life, of using and enjoying the space of this home is the best reason why it was designed the way it is.

The staircase connects the basement level and the rooftop terrace of the house. At the lowest level are the bedrooms with bathrooms, living room and two patios with lighting and ventilation environments.

The proposed deck on the terrace of the entrance creates a sense of unity between the exterior and interior, a unit which in turn is reflected in the spatial structure of the house, a search of synesthesia: the fusion of the senses.
