Text description provided by architect.

Interlomas Central Park is a residential project located in one of the highest points of Interlomas, to the west of Mexico City, on a natural plateau that works as a great podium, avoiding party walls, so that the apartments have wide views towards the city.

The project concept focused on generating a central green area, around which are the 12 towers of the project.

The towers of 10 and 20 levels are located peripherally on the site with a design inspired by an urban "skyline" that emulates the profile of the great contemporary cities, whereby a broader visual range was generated, increased by the creation of a green area of 12,000 m2.

The design of the project is distinguished by the movement of its cantilevered volumes, which generate terraces at different heights.

Each tower has a structural backbone that allows different volumes to be extruded and hosting apartments of 90, 120 and 160 m2, which give movement to the facade both interior and exterior.

The enclosure of the towers is covered with transparent glass that offers lightness, visibility and connectivity of the outside with the inside.

Vertical and horizontal stripes of glass in neutral colors are combined with the transparent enclosure of the facades, which give sobriety to the project with the contribution of aluminum and concrete.

With a total of 720 apartments, the project is divided into 3 separate stages of 240 apartments each, linked by a perimeter road giving access to them.

Each of these stages has amenities such as common area, gym, pool, spa, screening room, game room, parking, among others.

Due to its urban and architectural characteristics, Interlomas Central Park becomes an icon of the area.
