HDJ75 is the eighth house realized at a site where we are developing 12 houses.

Built on a 310 sq. meter plot, the house is composed of two intersecting volumes that converge at a central point.

The convergence happens in both plan and section, and the volumes are rotated in 30 degree angles.

These volumes are distinguished by their materiality, one is pigmented poured on-site concrete. The other, a white volume that appears lightweight compared to the concrete massing, is cantilevered in one of its sides.

The aim of having multiple outdoor spaces that created different types of outdoor settings is the main reason for the rotation of the volumes.

Being able to liberate these living spaces from the perimeter walls, creates the opportunity of having every space of the house naturally lit and ventilated.
