The Godfather has intentionally bought this plot, which was the furthermost located from the Volga river, with a composite topography.
Only from here, the very top of the place, through green crowns of trees, the Zhiguli hills are well looked, and a mirrored river bed is within a good view.
The ground level difference is 8 m and there is a gully from southward.
Lower beneath the area there is a plain level space with high lofty trees and cottages, which hidden the Volgian open distances.
Is it possible to live so close to the Volga and not see it?A building is maximum extended along the slope.
