The project is a corporate headquarter where is located at a NeiHu Technology Park.

The initial considerations of the design are based on global environmental crisis, which the building tries to address it’s environmental sustainability by taking natural ventilation and lighting into considerations.

The average depth of the internal space is limited at 12 meters, so the natural sunlight can reach all corners of the office space.

Motor driven blinds are installed at the western façade, beside using them as a major design element of the façade, they create a double layer that will help sun shade and cross ventilation.

Theses blinds will constantly adjust their angles according to sun’s path to create a comfortable lighting condition indoor.

As sunlight diminished, artificial lighting behind the blinds will become the primary source that lights up the building.
