The material as it is, architecture in nature, artificial in the natural.
The project does not intend to impose or blend itself, it marks an abstract architecture, honest, with unfinished materiality of concrete made rock.
It is involved in the landscape, respecting it, trying to be matter like the site.
The project is designed in two parts articulated in the landscape, the inn hanging from the rock and emerging toward the cliff, crouching, low on the ground, and the other volume, for camping, which receives the visitor from the arrival by car.
Construction Features
Structure Load bearing and compositional in exposed concrete Masonry and wood partitions Wood and glass enclosures.
The skin / concrete structure creates the boundaries and hard edges of the project, opening and closing according to the requirements of program and landscape, and in turn generating the compositional structure of the project.
