It is a typical urban typology, perhaps, the one that was being built the most.

This unpretentious version, without rooms on the property line with Italianate facades, are demolished in mass and have no legal protection.

The sensitivity of an artist and the low budget available for their rehabilitation were the stimulus for their restoration. Only three movements were built.

Demolition of precarious additions to enable free square meters in plan and recognition of the original typology.

A long undulating wall traverses the house longitudinally, and serves as a support.

An extension to the backyard of the property is a blackboard on its free side to write down memories and graphics.

A large roof or pergola of discarded wood, that protects the old house under the shade and enables a new intermediate space on this typical way of life in Paraguay, on the Tropic of Capricorn.
