Text description provided by architect.
The stereotype of the tool shed, made with old metal sheets and recycled material as a collage of different volumes, is revised and distorted in a continuous process of intensification and citation.
The symmetry of the gable is broken along the ridge line to leave space for a long blade of light, which provides excellent visual quality to the owner.
A wooden box is added as superstructure to the master volume, allowing a visual connection with the lodging nearby.
The continuous zinc coating envelops the entire volume, integrating the drain and the ventilated cavity without interruption.
The lighting system inside the building underlines the two different inclinations of the ceiling and emphasizes the continuity of the covering.
