A context contained by the surrounding constructions around it, and a dense vegetation interrupted in front of the plot for the building.

We assumed the role that this neighborhood scene proposes and we decided to take its atmosphere as a structuring condition for the project.

A central patio decompress the separation between the rear and front blocks, while organizing the entrance to the apartments through a open circulation which extends until the door of each unit. There are 9 apartments and 3 studios distributed in both blocks, configuring the program.

This apartments try to continue with the tradition established by the houses that traditionally defined the character of the neighborhood, by grouping today in the same plot as a consequence of the densification inside the city.

In this way, each unit was designed as a small house which adds to its program a generous expansion, allowing for open air activities in the same way they happen at the square in front of them.
