Text description provided by architect.

The idea of the project is to generate a building which serves to accommodate large events for up to a thousand people.

The organic geometry of the building, designed on a circular grid, generates continuous and fluid spaces, inducing free movement in a flexible space.

The sinuous line that generates the building envelope in plan gives it a gentle nature. Following this line, we design an alternating sequence of glass and white concrete planes, that tear the volume vertically along the perimeter of the building.

Inside, these intermittent openings generate a space that is visually connected with the garden, and the interior / exterior boundaries blur.

Only the walls that enclose the auxiliary program are shown as rigid and closed cores, around which the different areas are configured.

The program is designed on three floors, the ground floor houses the kitchen and conference rooms with different possibilities of being compartmentalized.

This gives the interior a dynamic character and can generate separate rooms. On the first floor are the offices and restaurant, and parking and other services are located in the basement.

The structural typology adopted allows 22-meter spans without intermediate supports, facilitating the flexibility of uses in the conference rooms.

The structure is left exposed through the interstices of the circular plates of varying diameters that make up the ceiling plane.

The curved geometry of the plan organizes the exterior space into three areas, two main areas with large porches that allow the possibility of hosting activities outside, and an area for services.
