The housing cooperative is in a quiet residential area. Slab surfaces spiral around a long,narrow courtyard like a slide. 4 of 9 units open to the courtyard and 5 units have a private roof balcony.
Its angles create a fun living space. The cluster of rooftops blends in well surrounding buildings but from afar resembles a hill in the suburbs.
