This is a two families house in a tight site, so we had to keep the construction as simple as we could, designing a 3 levels rectangular volume, where the inner courtyard was the heart of the design, inserted over the 3 levels.

The clients were an elderly and a young couple, with interests on the amount of storage and design respectively, so the division had to be clear and efficient, living the ground floor for the old couple and second and third for the young one.

Two families' gap was solved with architectural gap.
