overhanging eaves on the south side, limiting the view and natural light.</p></div></div><div class="jdp-grid" data-ce-tag="grid"><div class="jdp-grid-col valign-middle jdp-theme_44085__pad_round_1" Swiss Pearl, fiber cement panels utilizing a  rain-screen system, which keeps the house cooler in the summer, and  allows a breathable barrier between the siding and the waterproofing.
