Text description provided by architect.
This project is located within a traditional residential area.
The building is set away from the public area, on the edge of the construction zone to allow a large view to the south.
At some distance from the public area, the building branches out on the land and the various units capture the different lights of the day.
The maconery base supports a wooden box covered with red cedar. This monolithic volume overhangs to provide a terrace and a sun shade.
Elsewhere, galvanized steel accessories enliven the facades and protect from the sun.The flat terraced roofs accentuate the volumes and will soon be planted with vegetation. The whole house is controlled by home automation.
