Text description provided by architect.
Neighbor to the Hollywood landmark Cinerama Dome, Sunset Vine Tower is a conversion of a 22-story office building into a 63-unit apartment building. This adaptive reuse project stands atop street-level retail.
As the tallest building in Hollywood, Sunset Vine Tower’s Modernist design creates a dynamic exclamation point in the mostly traditional fabric of the Hollywood residential renaissance.
The site of the project—Sunset Boulevard and Vine Street—is a busy intersection in the heart of Hollywood. Retailers and residents will benefit from the building’s convenient location and significant foot traffic.
The Modern units—full-height glass, large balconies, open floor plans and high ceilings—take advantage of incredible views in all directions.
The building offers amenities worthy of its glamorous address, including a gymnasium, valet service and community room for social events.
