Being placed in one of the most representative areas in Bucharest for the mix between the historic value and the future brought by a very strong business district, the plot on which this project was developed was subject of an unsuccessful development in mid 90’s.
After almost 10 years from this attempt a new developer revalue and redesign the office building initially proposed , respecting the A+ standard and all BCO Guide norms on one side and on the other side the historic context.
