Text description provided by architect.
The narrative of wine making is romantic, vivid, and memorable, but when told in organized industrial zone, architecture takes center stage to orchestrate the inmediate environment and inspire the story of wine making.
On the factory site is a visitor’s learning center, a botanical garden celebrating the flora of wine-making, the production facility, and management offices.
Visitor’s movement through the production facility defines the geometries and materials of the architecture.
Wood is used for all engagements with the visitor while the pure oval/circle geometries are used for points of reflection and transformation in the narrative.
