Text description provided by architect.

Looking to expedite the construction time and the division of the installation system, offices Sonne Müller and Civitas design House_63.

The residence is organized through 6 modules with a metal structure on two floors.

The lot, 470 m2, shares the program of the house with the residents, Where in addition to using the ground floor with terrace and garden, use the roof as leisure.

The dialogue between rustic materials - such as textiles and wood - with colder materials - such as metal structure and glass - build the space with an industrial appearance.

The slabs of the "steel roof" remain evident, as well as the wiring and plumbing.

With permanent cross ventilation and a "chimney effect" through the windows and high ceilings, the atmosphere is comfortable for high temperatures.

All rooms have ventilation to the outside through the large doors and windows that can be fully opened.

The green roof, in addition to functioning as an insulator, provides a leisure area with permanent view.

The social space of the house is located on the ground floor, with living room, kitchen and terrace, fully integrated when the sliding glass doors are open.

On the second floor, the wooden floor adds comfort and refinement to the resident, with three bedrooms, family room and terrace with access to the roof.

The idea of painting the staircase yellow is to spark the curiosity of visitors who access via a metal walkway. Climbing to the roof of the house, surrounded by metal bodies, there is a wooden deck, a green area and a private garden.

Besides covering the water heating plates, the rainwater reuse system, and the solar power generation system, it is able to generate 200 kwh / month, enough to serve the residents of the house.
