The land is situated in front large gardens and a lagoon of great proportions constructed in the manner of celestial strip between the condo and the sea.

Under this premise, the house is volumetrically conceived as a parallelepiped, carved to take advantage spatially which gives the outside, understood as visual and natural lighting.

The second level houses the bedrooms and living room facing the double height spatially integrating both levels and large outdoor lagoon.

All areas of the second level are articulated through a ventilated and lit corridor in a natural way, on the first floor next to a linear water mirror that accompanies the user from admission until communicate with the outside terrace.

Finally, there is a third level where you find the main terrace with public-social vocation, pool centered enhancing the view over the landscape, which is visible from the living room on the second floor, forming part of the double-height space.

The facade is treated with integrity and constituted from enclosures that filter the absorption and the exterior light, also understood as visual record, with large windows, resulting in social spaces.

On the side facade predominates a suspended wall longitudinally crosses the ground, blocking the direct view of the neighboring house, contrasting solely with the water mirror of floor, previous the outer green.

Peru seismic conditions are the main advantage for using structural materials rationally and innovatively adapting itself the concept formulated.

In that sense, the use of light reflective materials is also emphasized, so that the outside it is reflected inside the house.
